Rohit Roy Kumar MIPA AFA, MAICD AMICDA is the Founder of the Australian Integrated care Services Pty Ltd - AICS. Rohit Roy worked voluntarily for AICS during the COVID 19 outbreak for 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for 10 months contributing a total of circa 3612 hours of unpaid work to establish a trusted support care business that can provide quality service to its participants and also generate employment for support workers during the crisis.
Rohit Roy is also President of Australian Integrated Fijian Association of Victoria. Rohit Roy is a post graduate in Business Management and has worked as Senior Accounts/Finance/Property Analyst with some of Australia's largest corporate companies such as Shell, BP Australia and Telstra Corporation. Rohit has been awarded and recognized with many prestigious awards for his service in the Age and Disability sector. He is the member of the Regional Advisory committee board for the Victorian Multicultural Commission. Rohit Roy is also the member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and also a associate member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia. He is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and an associate of Institute of Financial Accountants.
Shalini Ashika Kumar is the founder of Australian Integrated Fijian Association of Victoria Inc. Shalini Kumar also worked voluntarily as the HR Manager for AICS during the COVID 19 outbreak for 7 days a week, 7 hours a day for 10 months contributing a total of circa 2107 hours of unpaid work to recruit quality support workers for AICS participants and also continue providing services to the vulnerable community during the crisis. She also works as a paid support care worker with AICS. She pursued her professional career with the Australian Government and the local municipalities working for Supreme Court of Victoria, Department of Social Services, Department of Planning and Community Development, Department of Sustainability and Environment, Department of Justice and Public Advocate, Hume City Council and City of Melbourne for the last 15 years.
She is extremely passionate towards working with Individuals that has additional needs as she is a mother herself and have a child who suffers from mild cerebral palsy. She understands the frustration and struggles a parent undergoes and the day-to-day adversities to surmount. Hence, her intention is to assist families who are not aware of such resources available to them. She is the Event Manager for Ashayein Entertainment with a primary focus on providing platforms for our local talents and our people with disability. Shalini is also a former candidate of Melton Council Election 2020.
Dimitra has been working as a Speech Pathologist for over 12 years in various settings. She is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia and a registered provider for therapeutic supports with NDIS. She has a passion for working with people who experience communication difficulties, enabling them to overcome barriers in order to achieve functional independence in their daily lives. She has proudly partnered with AICS to provide its participants the appropriate services.
Sarojini Sharma is a CPA Qualified Accountant and has been working as a Manager with Richardabobb firm since 1997. She is also the founder of Ashayein Entertainment and Events Pty Ltd . As a professional accountant she specialises in providing accounting and taxation compliance services. Sarojini possesses over 16 years experience in Business Services. She gained her initial experience in one of the largest chartered accounting firms in Fiji and also one of the larger firms in Sydney. Her high achievements and excellence in accounting and taxation services is reflected in various merit awards for meeting and exceeding high professional standards. Sarojini has partnered with AICS to provide accounting/auditing and Taxation services. As a JP, she is prominent figure in the community.
Sarojini through Richard A Bobb provides accountancy support to AICS and financializes the financial reports for the business to ensure it meets ATO compliance and guidelines.
Dino Hira is a qualified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Energy Healer, and Counsellor who has recently launched The Modern Yogi Co, a wellness brand that aims to spread the gifts of Mindfulness and how it can help overcame poor Mental Health through the use of healthy habits, meditation and a sense of spirituality.. In 2014, Dino suffered from poor Mental Health thinking there was no hope or purpose to live plagued by“expectations” of society. Till an Awakening happened which allowed him to discover Meditation on a deeper levels, which completely changed his life around and led him to accomplish many things in Australia such as winning a male pageant Mr Australasia, acting in various commercials as well as being a part of a well known Australian TV to today teaching Mindfulness and Meditation to various clients around the world including Australian Prisons and Drug and Alcohol Rehab centers. Dino has documented his spiritual journey in a published book, A Miner Who Wins Inner Peace, which entails how one can silence the Overthinking Monkey Mind, giving Empowerment to Listen to the Heart and Soul.

She feels a sense of accomplishment knowing is making a positive difference to someone else’s life. Her vision is to establish a well respected and trusted community participation groups that not only focus on personal skills development but acknowledges the special needs children and elderly.
Romika Ram was nominated as the leader of the Year award 2018 by Melton City Council. She has also completed a Community Leadership program organised by the City of Melton and has a certificate on Elderly abuse.
Shubham Ghosh is a registered counselor with ACA (Australian Counselling Association).I have worked as a consultant for the Disability sector for the past six years in correctional and community settings with people who have experiences ranging from harmful substance use and co-occurring mental ill-health, to traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and homelessness. I continue my five days a week with a non-profit organization. I hold a Degree, certificate of “Diploma in Counselling”, “Crisis First Aid certificate”, ‘Mental Health awareness programme certificate’.I believe that just like me and everyone I know, occasionally life can feel like it has derailed you, and this can lead to getting stuck in a rut, and, to put it bluntly, this can lead to depression and sadness. A hundred years of science in counselling has demonstrated that it is possible to get unstuck, get back on track, and get moving again, in a direction that matters to you. Krishnil Rohil is the most wanted and one of the most popular support worker among the younger generation. He is enrolled in Bachelor of Applied Science Property and Valuation ( Honours) course this Year with RMIT. Krishnil is a twin brother of his sister who suffers from Multiple disability from birth that gives him an advantage of working with other children with disability as he understands their needs and expectations. Due to his outstanding work in the Disability sector, He is the recipient of Young Carer Scholarship Award from Carers Australia Victoria in 2018. He also received the Rotary and Carers Victoria Scholarship as part of the Young Carers Bursary Programme presented by Chief Executive Officer Carers Victoria in 2015. In 2014 Krishnil was awarded with WCF Thomas Charitable Trust Rotary Young Carers Scholarship as part of his Young Carers Award. Krishnil has been described as someone who is very enthusiastic and energetic with great interpersonal skills to interact with children with disability. As a Disability support worker Krishnil also is a professionally trained dancer and a Public speaker who has performed in many international Events. He teaches children with disability dance therapies and encourages them to gain confidence in Public Speaking. As a voluntary and paid Disability Support worker for more than five years combined, He has excellent skills and understanding on the requirements of his role in the disability sector. Krishnil holds a valid Police Check, Working with Children check, First AID and CPR certificate, NDIS worker orientation completion, Certificate of Acknowledgement COVID and most importantly appropriate experience and passion to work in the disability sector.
