AICS uses the combined buying power of its members to negotiate favourable merchant terms with merchant service providers. AICS will have a number of merchant facility providers known as approved Acquirers and Payment Facilitators (APF).

As part of joining AICS you will be required to join one of these APF’s to enjoy the benefits of Scheme. Our panel of merchant service providers are able to offer special arrangements and rates due to your business being ATAS accredited. Special rates are also possible because AICS members have protection against chargebacks from supplier collapse lowering the risk for the APF.

Approved APF’s:

In June 2017 TravelPay was the first approved APF. TravelPay provides its established payment solutions to travel agents who wish to benefit from the additional financial protections provided by AICS. TravelPay has extensive experience working with many ATAS travel agents. TravelPay already provides payment solutions to hundreds of travel agents and their team of BDMs has more than 100 years’ travel industry experience.
